Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from urbanoov. If you need to return an item, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in new condition. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, and exchanges are also available.

Returns are made by mail, with a free return label provided. There are no restocking fees.

Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued within 10 days to your original payment method.
